Artificial Environments have been commissioned by Digital Adventure to create design guidelines forthe interface of 'i-Morning' an up-to-date information portal with customcalender.
Digital Adventure has reached an agreement with NEC, the leader in theJapanese market for PCs, to preinstall its portal on all NEC PCs for homeuse, starting with units on sale from this October.
The calendar features ten channels, offering everything from lifestyle totravel/leisure information, and is aimed at Japan's ever-expandingpopulation of Internet users. Designed to be more convenient for end users,these channels deliver useful information for everyday living.
AE created an interface which combines a unique visual appeal with carefulconsideration for usability. In addition to the overall layout AE developedtwo sets of custom icons and colour variations.
